My husband just leaves the house all day long, because it stings your eyes something fierce when you're chopping so much of this stuff up. I make it with tears running down my face, but OHHHHH its the best stuff around. Keep it in a glass jar and shake it every day. In two weeks its ready to strain(squeeze the chopped up stuff in cheesecloth or a clean t-shirt- you want every bit of the "goody" out of it). Because this is medicinal, sometimes its hard to get your family to take it. I told my husband it was kick butt hot sauce, and now he tells everyone that his wife makes the best hot sauce around.Hehehe!! Great on baked potatoes, meat(if you eat meat), salads, etc. Elaine (who got the flu, but is getting rid of it and taking a tablespoon of Total Tonic every few hours....can put it in a small glass of water if its too strong at first) Total Tonic Formula1 Handful of Garlic Cloves1 Handful of chopped Onions1 Handful of chopped Ginger1 Handful of chopped Horseradish1/2 handful of chopped Habanero Peppers.Throw in a blender and cover with an inch or two of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.All ingredients should be ORGANIC, but don't let that stop you from making thisgreat formula. I may take 2-3 dropperfuls once a day but if I'm sick, I'll take anywhere from 3-6 dropperfuls 3-4 times a day.... If you need a measurement how about a tablespoon (or close to it)...
