Guest guest
Hi everyone. My name is Chris and I have just joined this group. I have just completed a course in herbology and am currently studying Nutrition and Chemistry. I am really interested in learning as much as possible to stay well and try to help others as they request it. I would like to know if anyone can suggest what I can do for my mother. She is 78 years old, diabetic, weighs 280 lbs., has arthritis, glaucoma, cataracts, congestive heart failure and who knows what else. Recently she had bad pain in her left knee. Her doctor x-rayed it and said she had no cartilage in that knee. He gave her a powerful pain killer and told her to stop taking glucosamine. Is that insanity or what? I really believe that her health could be greatly improved if she could get away from the "doctor mentality" and start on natural remedies. Thanks for any advice.
