Guest guest
To dry my herbs, we have a thin line we string from one side of the kitchen to the living room. I live in Florida and we have ceiling fans in every room of the house. I loop my herbs over the line and they dry very well. Then I remove them from the line and crumble them into ziplocks for storage for immediate use, or the freezer. I do Cleavers, stinging nettles, Hawks Beard, and ground Ivy for teas.
