I have heard tell some people just lay them out on clean paper in the back

window of the car. Lay a bit of cheesecloth over it and you can bet they will

dry quickly there! Patty

There are many ways to dry herbs. I have an older gas oven with a

pilot light and I spread them out in there to dry. I also us a

dehydrator with a fan and a low temperature setting as well as hang them

in small bunches away from light.

I suggest you do a search thru your favorite search engine with " how

dry herbs " . You will find many sites that will have ways that work for

you.
