Scullcap vs. Kava

For the past four years, I've used Kava for anxiety disorder (will not touch

prescription meds). It definatly reduces my anxiety, but I have lately been

wondering if there could be anything better. The Kava also can make me drowsy,

which is why I never stayed with Valerian for too long. After some web research,

I decided to experiment with Scullcap, taking it instead of the Kava. So far, it

works even better in getting rid of anxiety unwanted thoughts. It also is very

calming, but causes me no drowsiness. Was wondering if anyone has any personal

experience with this herb or knows where to find some detailed literature about

Scullcap.
