Thanks for this! --And all the other information too, of course! My

afflicted friend will probably really appreciate it. He already likes tea,

so I was going to start him on ginger tea, but I've had people tell me that

ginger's spiciness can irritate heartburn-prone stomachs, so I was planning

on making a tea with ginger plus chamomile and maybe some marshmallow root

or slippery elm. I've never mixed these particular herbs before...anybody

see a reason why I shouldn't? Thanks!! --Sara T.
