Oxygen is good for you, yes? If there are any ailments present caused or

aggravated by lack of oxygen--easy to believe, taking in factors like

overweight, smoking, city air, etc.--then I'm sure more O2 would cure or

improve them. That's not science; it's logic, which is better IMO.

But I say forget that powders-and-pills hocus-pocus though; your body

already has a wonderfully efficient oxygen-absorption system called

Respiration! It's no accident that one of the most basic components of

Auyervedic health is breathing exercises. Pranayama is da shiznit; I

suggest it for everyone. It's also fun and relaxing, and kids get a kick

out of it too.

If you want more oxygen in your system and pranayama is too big a word for

ya (like it was for me for a long time), try these simple starters to see

if you like it: Look up and try the Bellows Breath a few times a day, and

do that awesome osteopathic breathing meditation I mentioned earlier (and

will explain again to anybody interested). Those are wonderful

superoxidants, 100% proven and guaranteed to supply more oxygen to your

system...and they're FREE.

Love and freebies,

Sara T.

Yay Sara!!

How about WALKING, or JOGGING, or EXERCISING!!!!! Amazingly simple, very

affordable (ok, except for the 'costumes' they seem to push for these

'sports') and heck, you can do it on your own schedule, anywhere, any

time!!!!! EVEN from your OWN HOME!!!!!

No pills to buy, no appointments to make with self important

demi-sports-gods, just plain old get out of your house and off yer backside

and MOVE...

Getting out of the house on foot promotes things like birdwatching, neighbor

meeting, and flower smelling.

Whew! I think I Just talked myself into an hour's worth!!!!
