I found thi svirus on mine..it mayhave been sent to you

Note from jo..I ran my virus scanner daily sometimes twice and it did

not show up. I went there and there it was . Please check yours.This

is the third time I recived a notice from some one it was sent

out.This is the first time I found it. Please pray for the people that

write these virus. They are so sick in the head and heart. Pray for

convictions of their evil ways.

The Lady that sent me this notice is having a horrendous time and did

not need this.

I am really sorry about this would you please check

your computers just to be safe. I had to send it to all those in my

address book.

We have just received a message from one of our

contacts that our address book had been infected by a virus (called

jdbgmgr.exe) not

detected by Norton or McAfee antivirus systems.

The virus stays quiet for 14 days before damaging

the system. It is sent automatically by the

Messenger and by the address book, whether or not

you sent e-mails to your contact

 

Note from Annette: This was in my C Drive; so

follow the directions below, PLEASE!

 

We checked, found and deleted it. Now it's your

turn!

 

1. Go to Start, Find or Search option

2. In the files/folder option, write the name

jdbgmgr.exe

3. Be sure you search in your C: drive

4. Click " find now "

5. The virus has a little bear icon with the name

jdbgmgr.exe DO

NOT OPEN IT

6. Right click and delete it (it will then go to the

Recycle Bin)

7. Go to the Recycle Bin and delete it there as well,

or empty

the bin.

IF YOU FIND THE VIRUS YOU MUST CONTACT ALL

THE PEOPLE IN YOUR

ADDRESS BOOK

SO THEY CAN ERADICATE IT IN THEIR OWN

ADDRESS BOOK

Jo, this is a hoax. That file is part of your windows and you will

find it if you do a search for it because it's supposed to be there.

 

Do not delete it and please warn the people that you sent this to that

they should not follow the directions to delete it.
