First, I read that you have to use at least 100-proof alcohol, so that's what I use--rotgut. *lol* I use 1 oz. herb (powdered; 4 fresh) to 10 oz. alcohol, store for 2 weeks and shake once a day. What does everybody else think? --Sara ======= I'm not sure how I would go about comparing. I am very new to herbs and extremely new to tinctures. I guess I was really asking: " Hey folks did I do this right? " I just picked cloves because I happened to have a lot. I'm really not sure what medicinal purpose they serve, but believe me that I wasn't planning on taking any of the tincture until I found out. I figured that I had a few weeks to do the research. What do you use clove tincture for????? thanks, joseph
Guest guest
I don't know if you're doing it right--am I? Mine works for me if yours works for you. As to cloves, the only thing I've ever used them for is ear infections--diluted, of course. I'm sure others use them more than I do; I'm a garlic person. *lol* -ST > " Sara Thustra " said: >Hey Joseph! I do it a little different; let's compare and see which is >better.
