Guest guest Posted May 20, 2002 Report Share Posted May 20, 2002 Sorry to hear of your troubles. You may want to try some valerian and scullcap along with oat straw. These are usually calming. But many find that vigorous exercise, very vigorous, for 45 min. or so three or four times a week will banish depression and other 'baddies' in short order. Also, maybe go to a retirement home and do something to help someone else. That usually helps too. My home was once disrupted too, but there was more than one willing party to that situation.
