Hi all,

I tend to lurk but really need some advice; my grandson just was diagnosed with oppositional defiance disorder and I need some advice on the appropriate things that might help with his treatment; he is 7 yrs old and i don't want him on meds; the only other thing that is going on is he is asthmatic and an only child; he is big for his age and tends to run in the 90% for height and weight; are there foods to avoid or other things; the definition does fit but i think there has to be another way; any suggestions will be greatly appreciated;
