pronouncing gymnema sylvestre

In mentioning the benefits of this herb to my doctor and in

discussing it with others from what I have read, I would like to be

able to pronounce it correctly so I don't look like a dummy.

Could someone who knows, please help by spelling it the way it sounds

and tell me where the accents are??

 

Is it " jim-nee-ma " (accent on second syllable)OR

" jim-nem-a " (accent on first syllable)

 

and " sil-ves-tra " (accent on second syllable)

OR " sil-ves-tre " (accent on first syllable)

 

OR is it something else?
