Guest guest
May 5, 47 Day of Cleanse Happy Cinco de Mayo! Today was the last day of the kidney cleanse. My urine is a very light yellow, no sand, and no more overly warm feeling at all. I feel happy, content, and calm. While this is only the first cleanse, this is one that has really helped bring me up higher than I had been without my program. It a very good start. I will be continuing with the colon cleanse for about a week and then stop, but I am going to end posting this at this time. I hope this has helped some of you to see how a cleanse can work, and that it isn't scary at all. While this has been a long one, there are smaller ones out there. Try a three day cleanse, or a week cleanse or even just a two week colon cleanse. You will feel better at the end of them, much better than before you started them. And by going on a vegetarian diet while on the cleanse, it is very interesting to discover that things you loved to eat that were bad for you, now it doesn't even interest you. I will probably still eat some meat when I get off the cleanse, but it will not be as much as before I started the cleanse. I got a good look at how diet affected my moods as well as not cleansing, so I will be paying a lot more attention to foods now. Thanks so much for letting me post about this. I hope it has been of some help to you. Lynques
Guest guest
Hi Lynques, Yes, your posts have been very informative. You've certainly been a good sport and had a great deal of willpower, so you've been an inspiration to anyone who's been reading, as well as those that may look up " cleanse " in the files in the future. Thank you so much for sharing. I wish you continued good health and happiness and I hope you'll post on other topics. Melinda
Guest guest
Lynques, I too, have enjoyed reading your posts on your cleanses. I especially loved the humor! Now, just think...the Queen of Enland going through all this! LOL!! Keep up the good work! I am telling my cousin, (who is Bipolar, too) all about this!
