May 2, 44th Day of Cleanse

 

I feel better in attitude today. But most of the day is just a

repeat of yesterday; amber urine, really, really warm, etc. Of

course, I am going about every 20 minutes, sometimes more. My honey

teases me that every time a comercial comes on, I am headed to the

potty. That is about the truth. I have noticed that my shoulder

joints seem to ache some, haven't noticed that before. I wonder if

that is because excess toxins were being stored there, and now they

are being moved out. Actually, it is my shoulder joints, my hip

joints, and the knees that I am noticing most of all. But other than

that, I am feeling good.
