I'm quite sure you can get it in your 20s. There are FMS sites all

over the 'net where you could double-check that. But with or

without that doc, there's plenty of good advice out there for FMS

patients that isn't prescription stuff. I'm wondering if some time

on a good FMS email list might help you. Michael Riversong says

he's on one, as I recall. Michael?

FMS can occur to people at any age, but is a bit less common in people over

age 65. Yes, there are children who have it. I recently read a series of

very disturbing essays from the UK concerning the horrible way kids with FMS

and similar diagnoses are treated by their socialized medical system. In

some cases, if there is any resistance to a prescribed course of treatment

from the parents, the children are simply taken away. And in the UK,

psychiatrists have succeeded in taking over most FMS treatment for

themselves. This means that most cases are forced on to extremely

destructive drugs which cause greater damage.

Don't get me started on this stuff. Most MDs are totally incompetent in

this area.

Thanks, Michael.

Amen! You also present yet one more good case against socialized

medicine.
