Guest guest
Hi Sara, and welcome to the best herbal list on the web! > I've been dealing with something simliar for a long time now--for me it's in my wrists and shoulders, and sometimes my hips or knees. Have you tried a good chiropractor or osteopath? I think that might be a big help to you. Also, has anyone attempted to diagnose you for Fibromyalgia? Also, do you eat according to the blood type food lists? (http://darkwing.uoregon.edu/~sshapiro/ER4YT/FoodLists_TOC.html) That might be a big help... sure helps me! And exercise.... I know, I'm not the type to exercise, but I'll do a few high kicks here and there, or just circle my arms, or dance to the music for a few minutes, or pull a few weeds, or walk, and the more I do the better I feel. > I've seen several M.D.s and a specialist over it, and they did the same thing they did to you--took an x-ray, said, " we can't see anything so it's not your bones or arthritis " , and sent me on my way. I've been there so many times! That means they don't know what to do about it and they figure they've covered their bases so they won't get sued, also taken as much of your money as they can probably get away with - lol! ;D I'm also wondering if a total cleanse might help us both? Been here a while, but I totally agree! > Have you tried a good chiropractor or osteopath? I think that might > be a big help to you. Also, has anyone attempted to diagnose you > for Fibromyalgia? Also, do you eat according to the blood type food > lists? Hated the chiropractor; he made me hurt worse and didn't seem to be listening to me at all. I'd just walk in, get cracked, and walk out, usually unable to move my jaw for the rest of the day. Bleah. An osteopath I might try, but no, I haven't yet. My last visit to the MD he said if I was older he'd think it was fibromyalgia, but he didn't seem to think that you could get it in your 20's. And thanks a lot for the blood-type food list! I saw one of these a long time ago and thought it was really good; it's great to have a link to an online one! Yes, actually I'm O-positive and I eat pretty much in line with that as far as types and servings go--not that I try; that's just what kinds of foods I crave, so it all works out. *lol* There are some unhealthy elements to my diet, but I'm working on that... > (http://darkwing.uoregon.edu/~sshapiro/ER4YT/FoodLists_TOC.html) > That might be a big help... sure helps me! Here, here! I take Tai Chi classes once a week and practice whenever I can...Tai Chi feels *so* good after sitting at the computer all day! I also do kickboxing twice a week or so, just 'cause it's fun. I totally agree--exercise makes ya feel good, period. > I've been there so many times! I'm thinking Doc is thinking the same thing...But it's not fair, since lynques has the market cornered on Amusing Total Cleanse Posts! > Melinda Thanks! --Sara When you have nothing better to do, visit Bored.com at http://www.bored.com
