I think I will just take a little less tincture and just a little less tea for now. The back doesn't hurt, it just aches. Like I wish I could just stretch it out. It feels like I slept wrong, but it started about this afternoon, and I didn't have a nap, lol. Maybe I will lighten up on the watermelon juice too.
