Reading Kathy Oddenino has changed my life and I hope it will do the same for you too. " True alternative medicine must understand who we are internally and how we can balance ourselves chemically. " " Medicine has a " warlike " mentality that is forever battling and killing foreign invaders, therefore the overuse of drugs is normal to their thinking pattern. " " Once we see that all of our life systems are designed from our external perception of who we are, instead of our internal perception of who we are, we begin to understand that we have created the very problems that are making us sick and are also destroying nature, earth, and the universe. When our thinking and speaking mind, loving emotions, and three-dimensional spirit senses become unified they create our spirit consciousness, which is eternally designed as the healer of our physical body and mind. When we are physically living in harmony with our spirit consciousness, we begin the healing process that prevents us from being susceptible to disease. " " Once we begin to realize the importance of our foods, water, and air, in relationship to our internal healing and prevention, we will clean up earth, our water, our soil, the air, and our overall environment. When we look at the various systems of our society, it is not difficult to see how little if any concern is given to nurturing our food, air, and water resources. Since the medical community has not generally been taught the importance of food, air, and water in healing, we have many changes that must be made. " " Of course we cannot function, perceive, and interpret with love, truth, and equality, if this is not part of our thinking and living. All of our systems have been built upon the basis of inequality, untruth, and fear. Undoubtedly, there are some personal businesses that do follow the spirit consciousness of ethical values, but for the most part our society has its foundation built upon the inequality of the male and female, which is the foundation of our religious beliefs. Our religious beliefs have created the foundation of all societies and countries. We have healed some of our inequality, but we have not healed all of our inequality throughout the world or we would not now be at war. War is primitive behavior of uncivilized people who feel unequal. Listen to the language on television, read the newspapers, and listen to conversations between people. We hear the language of war, fight, battle, kill, attack, bomb, and on and on, but not often do we hear about equality, communication, and love. All wars are fought over issues of fear, untruth, and inequality. The present Middle Eastern wars are being fought over the issues of religious inequality and fear. Does this support our being flawed with fear beliefs? Think about the foundation of our fear beliefs. " " It is very important we think about ourselves as evolving human beings. Who are we? Why do we create our life as we do? What are we thinking? Where do we want to be? What do we want to create as our passion? Who do we want as our partner in our life, our happy self or our fearful self? Can we create equality externally if we are afraid to be equal internally with ourself? What kind of world do we want to create for our family? Do we want children to grow up in inequality, lies, violence, and fear? We must learn to think, think, think!!! When we think we can expand the neurons in our brain and create thousands of connections that help us relate all of life to ourselves. It is also important to know that we can expand our thinking at any time in our life from birth to death. Our brain neurons work with the use-it-or-loose-it concept. We are never too old or young to think. We have been taught linear thinking, but we must learn cyclic thinking. Cyclic thinking shows us where we have been, where we are, and where we will be in the future if we refuse to change. "
