Guest guest
I can unfortunately tell you that these herbs do work for enlargement and firming. I did not know this or at least did not think about it a little while back when I was taking both wild yam and saw palmetto as well as other herbs for some menopausal/hormonal issues I had. Well unfortunately I went from a (D)cup to a (DD) and beyond. It was very gradual and I did not notice it much myself as in the wintertime I wear only baggy sweatshirts most of the time and have gone braless for almost a year now. I did notice some firming and better shaping but was doing lots of exercise to lose weight and thought this was because of overall body toning. Well a few days ago my neighbor and her husband came by and caught me on the treadmill wearing only spandex shorts and sportsbra. Well needless to say his eyes bugged out when he saw me and commented on the size of my "knockers". He is 73 yrs old and a typical dirty old man. He said they were double what they were last summer and he knew because he kept track of these things. Well while his wife slapped him around a bit I went in and put on an old bra of mine - didn't fit. Dug out an old nursing bra and I could get it on but was spilling out all over. Talk about cleavage it was like the grand canyon. I started researching the cause and found out that Fenugreek, Wild yam, and Saw Palmetto are used to increase the size of breast cells and that Cumin can be used to increase the amount of breast cells and I use cumin and chili powder in most everything I eat. The spicier the better. Got hooked on spicy foods when quitting smoking. This happened to me over about a 5 month period and was so gradual. I did notice the aphrodisiac side effect of these herbs - so my advice is that if you want to naturally try and enlarge your breasts this is a good way to do it. It doesn't happen overnight but it seems to happen. But as for the sexual side effects just don't take these herbs alone.
