Guest guest
April 16, 28th Day of Cleanse Same as yesterday, except I had some cramping under my entire ribcage. And I still had the flutters there too. The bowels were a little firmer, and more of it. I took a hot bath with epson salts tonite. Really cleaned my skin and the sweat just poured. And yes, took lots of tea in the bath. And I must have gotten some toxins out, because the water was completely cloudy when I got out. I just took a hot soak, no soap, so the cloudiness was probably from my pores. Afterwards, I wiped my body down with half water/half ac vinegar. Felt very nice, and my skin feels great too. I fixed supper for Mike and while cooking really wanted to eat. It was hard to resist, but I did it. Just lots more juice. Tomorrow, I can eat raw again. Listen, the dog walked by and she is a meaty pit bull, and I started to think, you know some A-1 sauce, a little salsa..... I think Micki Dog picked up on it. She has been outside with Mike all evening. If Mike comes in, so does she, but if he goes back out, she almost knocks him down. Little does she know, I fast like this 3 more times, bwahahaha. I think next week I will see if Mike will include a little meat tenderizer with her bath....... Lynques
