Guest guest
Hi Lynques, this is very interesting, thanks again for writing it all down for us. I am wondering if this is a extra long cleanse or is this normal? How in the world could one do this if they were working? Just wondering about all this. You sound as if this is really helping you in all aspects of your life. Patty
Guest guest
Thank you. This is a slightly extended cleanse for me. And I am including the liver cleanse and the kidney cleanse as well. You could do just a colon cleanse at first. And I worked all through my 10 years before. However, I would start them on my days off to see just how it would affect me. Yes, you do go to the bathroom more frequently. Drinking the water, so much of it, does that, so I would get used to that first. I am now in my 27th day, and I notice that while I still go to the bathroom frequently, it isn't like it was as first. Instead of every 15-20 minutes I now go about every 45 minutes. Of course, I watch children in my home so it is easier, and I have one I am potty training now, so the frequent trips are helping her to " get the idea " . But it is a little difficult in an office situation. They sometimes think you can hold it all day. But when I first started doing cleanses, I worked at Wal-Mart, and if I had to go, I went, sorry. I did have my supervisor follow me in one day, and after one sniff and hearing the explosion, lol, she never bothered me again. Maybe Doc can help explain better on how to do a cleanse at work. The reason this one is longer for me is that Doc asked me to keep on Formula #1 for extra days, and when I was on Form. #2, I decided to do those extra days as well, to kind of balance it out, and to help get more stuff out. Normally, it takes me about 30 days more or less to do all three, but this time, I wanted to try and really clean myself out. And I had Doc to help me, so that is a big plus. It is really helping me. I have energy, my moods have picked up into the positive, my thinking is clearer, and I am happy. I haven't been happy in awhile, so this is just wonderful. Guest guest
Lynques, you're a hoot. LOL. That's one of the bonuses of doing a very thorough cleanse. Ya git very flat on bodily noises, functions and extraneous smells. A person's buttons just seem to disappear on the subject. Motherhood has a similar result for most women. Every man should have the experience of looking after a baby for a full day just to raise his level of facing reality. It reminds me of a formal dinner I once went to. I sat next to a Chiropractor friend of mine, and before too long the two of us got to talking shop, discussing bowel movements in great, minute detail. For some reason the rest of the inhabitants of our table got up, left, and sat elsewhere. I know that neither one of us expelled an orasmic myasma (the formal Latin word for a FART), so I can only explain that particular blow phenomena as a general lack of confront in the area.
