partial deafness in right ear and ringing sound

----- HI i was just wondering i have a partial deafness in my left ear and a ringing kind of sound, but there is no pain or puss whatsoever and no water has gone into it either. So i was just curious what i may perhaps do?

I have ringing or more like sizzling in my ears all the time, sometimes quit loud other time just faintly,

I to would really like to know what causes it and how to get rid of it.

seems as you do have tinnitus. I dont know if there is anything that

will help for sure.

 

My grandmother do have the same problem. She is using gingko biloba

for this problem. She say it helps little, but it took time before

she noticed that the noise in her ear was lesser. Its the " ringing,

buzzing, humming sound " making that you dont hear well.

 

Tinnitus is an annoying problem for most of them who have it. Grandma

use to have radio on at night, because when the radio is on, she dont

hear the noise in her ear that much.

 

Do a search on net with the word " tinnitus " . Should be alot of

information about it out there. Because its alot of people who have

tinnitus.

Menieres is worse. Only ringing in ear/s is tinnitus. Menieres is too

with poor balance and dizzines and nausea and some is so bad that

they cant get up on their feets because they are very, very dizzy.

Ive seen the worst cases of Menieres. He got it when we was in the

class, they had to carry him into another empty class room and he had

to lay on his back on floor rest of the time we was there. Dizzy and

throwed up...

It is because Menieres is a disease attacking the " snail shells "

(dont know the english name for it) in the ears. They are the organs

working with balance, that you dont get dizzy when you walk or stand

or sit. Thats what my friend said - he who had to lay on his back

several hours in the empty class room before he could get home.

Menieres is too a disease which get worse if you stress. A woman I

know, she cant stress, because it pops up at once she starts to

stress....

 

Ok, thats what I had on this..

Dear Lorraine,

There could be various reasons why you have this condition, and a single "cause" should be looked for.

I suggest you get with a Naturopath in your area and tackle this head on.
