April 13, 25th Day of Cleanse

 

Okay, so gardening was NOT the best idea for today. I am nauseous. I

keep chewing on a piece of ginger, but it isn't helping. At all. And

I got a headache that the PP isn't touching. I mean within 10 minutes

of the flush, the headache started. It isn't bad, just there. Same

with the nausea. Just there. But, it is to be expected, and I know

that. Just wanted to let you know.

 

This is what I did:

The evening before you start, make the Liver Detox tea per

instructions. Day 1 Upon Arising: Drink 8 ounces of distilled water.

The water rinses and flushes your digestive tract of any leftover

food and digestive juices. Within 1 hour, prepare for the following

Morning Drink:

Morning Drink (Liver & Gallbladder Flush) · In Spring and Summer mix

8-ounces of fresh orange juice or a citrus juice combination (1 lemon

or 1 lime and enough orange, grapefruit or tangerine to make 8

ounces).

8 ounces of Distilled Water ·

1-5 clove(s) of garlic (start with one and increase daily) ·

1-5 tablespoon(s) of organic virgin cold-pressed olive oil (start

with one and increase daily) ·

1-5 small pieces of fresh Ginger root ( 1 inch long) (start with one

and increase daily)

 

First I made the orange/lemon juice. Then, I put all of that into the

vitamix, and blended the heck out of it.

I drank it down as fast as I could, so the oil wouldn't separate.

Then 15 minutes after this drink, I drank 2 cups of the Liver

detoxification tea & 2 dropperfuls of Liver/Gallbladder Anti-Parasite

tincture. The tincture can be taken straight or in a few oz. of

purified water or mixed in with the tea. Repeat the tea and tincture

2 more times during the day.

 

Now this is the first day of the 5 day liver cleanse, so here is the

schedule:

Day #1 Breakfast: Live, FRESH fruit or vegetable juice is the best

way to get your Vitamins, Minerals and other Essential Nutrients.

They are also very important for cleansing and detoxification. If you

are hungry before lunch time you may have fruit, diluted fruit

juices, and fruit smoothies. Stop all fruit or fruit juices at least

1 hour before lunch. It is best while on this program not to mix

fruit and vegetables together.

 

Day #1 Lunch: For lunch you can have diluted fresh raw vegetable

juices, raw vegetables alone or in salads, sprouts, potassium broth,

and herb teas. You may make dressings for the salad if you like using

Olive oil, Avocado, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Garlic,

Onions and any Herbs and Spices.

 

Afternoon Snacks: Raw vegetables, raw vegetable salads, diluted

vegetable juices, sprouts, potassium broth, Total Nutrition and herb

teas. All vegetable food must be stopped by 6 p.m.

 

That is my schedule for today.

 

So, I had applesauce for breakfast, after the drinks and the tea. For

lunch, I had a salad, and will probably have another one for supper.

 

Oh, and here are the formulas:

Here is a Mild liver Detoxification tea Recipe from Schultze

2 parts roasted Dandelion roots

1 part Cinnamon Bark

1 part cardomaon Seed

1 part licorice Root

1 part Juniper Berries

1 part Ginger root

1 part Clove buds

1 part Black Peppercorns

1 part Uva Ursi leaves

 

soak overnight about 4 tablespoonsful in 6 cups of distilled water.

Boil for

15 minutes the next morning, strain and drink throughout the day. Add

2 more

tablespoonsful to the herbs strained out and soak in distilled water

overnight, next day boil for 15 minutes. Throw all the herb away.

Drink

the tea throughout the day.

 

Liver Gallbladder Tonic

 

4 parts Milk Thistle Seed

1.5 parts Oregon Grape Root

1 part Gentian Root

1/2 part Dandelion Root

1 part Wormwood Leaf

1/2 part Black walnut hUll

1/2 part Ginger Root

1/2 part Garlic Bulb

1/2 part fennel seed

 

POTASSIUM BROTH RECIPE This is a great-tasting addition to your

cleansing program. It will flush your system of toxins, poisons and

unwanted salts and acids while giving you a concentrated amount of

vitamins and minerals. Fill a large pot with 25% potato peelings

(peels can be 3/8 inch thick), 25% carrot peelings (juice the rest of

the carrot) and whole chopped beets, 25% chopped onions including 50

cloves of garlic (it is not necessary to peel garlic. Just separate

cloves and crush with a knife or hammer), 25% celery and dark greens.

Add hot peppers and Celtic Sea Salt to taste. Add enough distilled

water to cover vegetables and simmer on very low temperature for 4-7

hours. Do not cover with a lid! Strain, or just dip your mug in, and

drink only the broth. Put the vegetables in your compost. Make enough

for the week, refrigerating the leftover broth. It is important to

use Organic vegetables. We do not want to consume any toxic

insecticides, pesticides or inorganic chemical fertilizers while we

are on a cleansing and detoxification program.

 

I am feeling a little tired right now, about 3:30, so I am going to

lay down for awhile and come back later to finish this.

It is 6:30pm and I took an ounce of oil in some lemon/orange juice.

Earlier, after I got off the pc, I started feeling weird, and

suddenly just threw up, everywhere. For about 15 minutes, I just

threw up. At least it cleaned out my stomach and my lungs. I notice I

am breathing better. This was around 4. I am sure glad I got off the

pc when I did! There was no warning, other than mild nausea, just

barf! At about 4:45, I drank some potassium broth. I am not really

hungry. Right after that, I started to notice under my left ribcage,

what I can only describe as bubbles, following the same path.

Occasionsionally, it would be followed with minor pains, and then

more bubbles. then what I can only describe as a nerve spasm within

that kind of made me think of a fluttering action as the bubbles met

something. and what I can only guess was a stretching(?) action

within. I am so tired. I don't know if I can make it until tonight. I

want to go to bed now. I have made up some ginger/peppermint tea, a

lot, and I am going to drink that tonight, if I can stay up. I have

some more oil/juice to try to take, and I need the tea to help settle

things, like my stomach. So, I think I will try to just close this up

for now.
