Guest guest
April 12, 24th Day of Cleanse What an absolutely marvelous day! Everything was okay, and I had a " date " with two handsome young boys and an angel of a little girl. I had to cut it short since I had to go home and cook, Mike was coming home from work. I fixed a healthy dinner, and then waited, and waited, and waited…….finally Mike came home with, gasp! Takeout!!!! I wish I had of known he was going to be late. I would have hung out with 3 wonderful grandkids a lot longer! Rats! I still would have had to fix me dinner, but I could have had lots more fun, I can tell you! Now, if I can manage to visit the other two wonderful grandkids soon, my life will be great! But everything was a " normal " as far as the cleanse goes, in fact, I passed more of the rubbery stuff, short pieces, about and 1 ½ to 4 inches long, just chunks really. And something that looks suspiciously like grey, ground meat this evening. Ugh! Nasty looking stuff. My back is still NOT hurting, and that is so wonderful, I don't think I can tell you how much that means to me. And I can walk with just the slightest trace of a limp. I really believe that the colon must have been pressing on a nerve. But tomorrow, I get to work out in the garden, and I am looking forwards to that!
