Guest guest Posted April 11, 2002 Report Share Posted April 11, 2002 April 10, 22nd Day of Cleanse I woke up this morning with no backache at all, and realized that it has been lessening for awhile. Hurray! Those backaches were horrible, and I hope they don't come back, but then this is the first day without them, so early days yet. No heart twinges, so I am glad of that, but I will need to do a full program for the heart soon, like now. So far today it has been normal, but I have notice the poop is almost solid black, and the smell is horrible. And mucus, lots and lots of greenish brown mucus, and black tar-like stuff, which I believe is old compacted mucus. This weekend, I will be starting the liver cleanse. If it goes the way it does before, I will be releasing a lot of emotion. But I am still looking forwards to it. I know I will be feeling even better than I do now. And my feet, I still have the new feelings in them that wasn't there before. They tingle all the time, and I didn't feel that before starting this cleanse.
