Guest guest
Hi all, I went into the files to get the total nutrition formula and one of the first things listed is "1 TBS fo UDO's" and I don't know what that is and can't figure it out. I feel really silly asking but could someone tell me what this is?? Lynnette

Guest guest
Dear Lynnette, You got into the "Dragon Snot" recipe by mistake. The Total Nutrition Recipe is there by itself. You'll find it ;o) Love, Doc PS. In case I haven't posted it as such before, the best way to take the TN is with UDO's Oil and two raw organic eggs. The Dragon Snot Recipe: 2 - Tablespoons of Total Nutrition 2 - Tablespoons of UDO's Choice Perfected Oil Blend 2 - Raw Organic Eggs Blend with 12 oz of Organic Apple Juice and VOILA, you have Dragon Snot. The recipe was invented by me but the name was created by Joke (pronounced YoKa) Reeder, a dear friend of mine who was trying to create enough adventure and excitement in her 9 year old daughter to get her to take it. Somehow the name stuck and then spread like wildfire totally beyond my control ) LOL Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - & Lynnette Mitchell herbal remedies Thursday, April 04, 2002 3:38 PM [herbal remedies] I can't figure it out.. Guest guest
UARGH!!! Now I really have a problem. I took the list of ingredients in the TN to the (only) health food store and they only had about half of the ingredients. The other half we'd have to order and then I would probably need to get a 1/2 lb of each of them. The stuff on the list that I did get (now I find out is for something else totally, my oops!!) cost $73.00!! Yikes, that's a third of the food budget for the whole house for a month!!! I think I may have made a mistake (ya think?). Well, I guess I'll see what I can do about it in the morning, it's too late tonight.
