Detox liver tea question Help!!

Which Liver detox recipe is Five-day Cleansing and Detoxification Program

for the Liver & Gallbladder referring to? I have found two recipes and I

don't which is right?

 

Here is a Mild liver Detoxification tea Recipe from Schultze

2 parts roasted Dandelion roots

1 part Cinnamon Bark

1 part cardomaon Seed

1 part licorice Root

1 part Juniper Berries

1 part Ginger root

1 part Clove buds

1 part Black Peppercorns

1 part Uva Ursi leaves

 

soak overnight about 4 tablespoonsful in 6 cups of distilled water. Boil for

15 minutes the next morning, strain and drink throughout the day. Add 2 more

tablespoonsful to the herbs strained out and soak in distilled water

overnight, next day boil for 15 minutes. Throw all the herb away. Drink

the tea throughout the day.

 

Or....

 

Liver Gallbladder Tonic

 

4 parts Milk Thistle Seed

1.5 parts Oregon Grape Root

1 part Gentian Root

1/2 part Dandelion Root

1 part Wormwood Leaf

1/2 part Black walnut hUll

1/2 part Ginger Root

1/2 part Garlic Bulb

1/2 part fennel seed

 

 

Thanks!!! I've been scouring the archive and files to find all the recipes

and this is my last hang up before I can finally put them together...exceopt

for one question...can I tincture the intestinal 1 formula or does it have

to be in pill form?
