I have started drinking a lot of vegetable and fruit juices, and am considering a 3 day juice fast. However, I am allergic to apples, pears, plums, and peaches, and for the most part, most of the juices for juicing include one of those fruits. Can anyone direct me towards recipes that do not include these? Or on the other hand, does anyone have any information as far as helping these allergies. I developed the allergy to these fruits about 4 years ago, after a severe allergic reaction to a mango. Thanks in advance for all of your advice!
