Guest guest
Well, today I had diarrhea, so I am cutting back by one capsule of #1. I feel antsy. Nervous, aggitated. And lo and behold, thanks to the diarrhea, which by afternoon was almost totally clear, I got rid of some " inhabitants " . What looked like strings or thread. My first reaction was " Critters! " My second was " Yuck! " My third was, " I am NOT running a hotel here. Get out! " The itching stopped on my feet and is now traveling up the leg, at between the knee and the hip. Also, on the right shoulderblade next to the backbone, that is starting to itch too. I would like to go to sleep, but I am too nervous and itchy. Looks like a long night for me. Guest guest
Dear Lynques, Diarrhea is a byproduct of getting rid of "critters" so just grin and bear it ;o) Keep up with your regular dosage. You need to be making Lemon Egg. This will handle the "antsy" feeling and will definitely help with getting to sleep at night. It is the best "All Natural" calmer, downer I know of. Great stuff. Itching is usually a sign of healing so is not necessarily bad. Another one of those uncomfortable things that will just disappear on its own as you do the program. Keep up the good work. We're all with you.
