Coconut Oil

I have been looking around in the files again and saw the article on coconut

oil (in the Pictures & Profiles section / fixed oils).

 

Does anyone here include coconut oil in their diet regularly? If you do,

how much do you eat? Can you substitute it for oil in cooking, baking etc?

 

The article was very intriguing. I have a history of heart disease in my

family and am working on eating better and exercising (need to loose a few!)

and was wondering if this might be another item to add to my regime?

 

Any thoughts?
