Hi everyone! ;-) I went to my doctor on Monday, They just called and said my Tryglicerites (sp) are really high and my cholesterol is 207. Which they said is about 8 points higher than it should be. I have NO idea what Tryglicerites are or what this means.. What would be good to take to get these down? Also, I have been reading Lynques cleansing and think this is a great thing to do.. Should I contact the doc or where is a good place to get the things needed for this? Also, I know it is best to make your own tinctures but can I also get these from here? Thank you in advance.. Jamie p.s I was exposed to and have been diagnosed with Hep C many years ago.. while all my blood work comes back normal I would like to keep it that way and stay non symptamatic.. Any ideas?
