I had to drive an hour to get to his house, so water was out! Couldn't stop every 15 to 20 minutes to go the bathroom. As I had shopping to do in the morning, I also missed out on my juices. I also had 4 bites of his birthday cake. When I got home, the water and the juices were started up, but it was after 5 when I got home. I haven't had a bm at all today. Suggest a good dose of Echinacea in order to boost your immune system to counteract it. Did you miss your IC#1 (10 of 'em) the night before???? At this stage, I recommend you only go up by one a day, not because it'll hurt you to do otherwise, but only because of the potential explosion factor (joke) LOL. I had to drink them if I wanted to go to grandson's birthday party, which of course, I did. But I paid for it. It was a long drive there and back. " Oh, I forgot to add this: No, I didn't, but in the morning, it is usually several hours before I have a bm, and drinking the cokes to help me not to " pee " every 20 minutes, like on the water, did constipate me for that day. All day long, sigh. I did take them, but when on a cleanse, usually I don't consume any sugar. I just really wanted to go to his party. He turned 8 this year. To get there in an hour it would take an hour on the toll road. Otherwise it would take 2-3 hours getting there. Since I was going to the bathroom every twenty minutes, " I " chose, and I think I said this, " I " chose to drink the coke so I wouldn't go so frequently. And in drinking it, " I " also made the choice to accept the consequences. I don't believe I blamed anyone but myself. And I posted that, and if I didn't want to take responsibility, I wouldn't have. Stop at your healthfood store and ask the produce manager to save you his organic corn silk. Make corn silk tea to help the bladder perform better as well. Cokes are deadly, so don't go there.
