Guest guest
March 21, Second Day of Cleanse I got up with a headache itself, but a dullness in my head. My brain feels sluggish. My bowels didn't move until about 1:20 pm, so I added two more capsules for #1 formula. I am up to 8 now. I have a low-grade fever, so I am going to increase it by taking a hot bath and drinking about 6 cups of peppermint/ginger tea. The tea will give me lots of fluids to help me sweat out the fever. After I finish the tea and the bath, I will dry off well and get into bed and try to sweat it out. ------------ Well, so much for my getting into bed. My mom called and we talked for about an hour and a half. Since I have some things to do this evening, so I think I will try the bath again tomorrow, and just not answer the phone. I still have the low grade fever. I feel mildly depressed, just not quite myself. And I find that throughout the day, I am tired. I am about to get ready for bed, so this will conclude the day. Guest guest
Dear Lynques, Please add daily 100 Mg of Niacin - Vit B3 (the one that makes you flush) to your program. This will also help with the depression. Love, Doc PS. Remember your panther piss. Guest guest
Thank you, Doc, I sure will. And I am taking the PP more now. For the headaches, I take it as soon as I feel the dullness or a slight twinge, and head it off at the pass. I am also taking it both morning and night as a regular dose. Is there anything particular that I could take to help me sleep? Beside valerian? (blech) Lynques
Guest guest
Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, see my previous note on Lemon Egg Formula (formula in the Files). It works wonders in this area.
