March 20, First Week of Cleanse

I am also posting this at some of the sites I " live " at, so if it

makes a reference you are not sure of, that is what it is.

Got up. Put ¼ lemon squeezed into my glass of water. Drank it down

slowly, but steadily.

 

Said prayers and read scriptures.

 

Took Lemon Egg and Panther Piss.

 

Made fresh juice, half carrot, and half apple. That is one quart now

and one quart later today. I will be buying other fruits to put in

the carrot juice, as apple tends to constipate me, but with the #1,

it isn't much of a problem.

 

I don't like to take the nutrition formula in juice, as it turns my

stomach. I have a sensitive stomach and it doesn't take much to make

me nauseous. So, I encapsulate the formula. This too is known as

many names, superfoods/total nutrition is but two of them. For those

of you who don't know what this is, it " perfectly balanced blend of

Superfoods is specifically formulated to supply you with Natural Food

Source Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids and Essential Trace Nutrients.

Now, I should have " gone " this morning early, like I used to do on my

cleanses, but since I haven't been on cleanses in awhile, and since I

have let my diet go while on my research, I am blocked up. I took 4

of the capsules last night, and didn't " go " until 11:15 this

morning. Its consistency was softer. I should have taken one or two

more capsules. For each person it varies. Some need less, some need

more. The first time I did a cleanse, I would take one capsule and

the next night two and so on, adding one more each night, until one

morning you get up from the toilet and go " WOW! " You will be very

surprised to see just how much is in there. Just how much you had

inside you. Now, I had been eliminating some every day, but it

wasn't a WOW. So, tonight, I am going to take two more capsules,

since I have done this before. For most of us, it takes years to get

this blocked, so it may take a little while to become unblocked. It

is important to have patience.

 

I will stay on this formula until I find my " WOW " amount, lol.

Usually, it is about 5 days,

 

I don't eat breakfast as it tends to nauseate me. But had 2 apples

for lunch. Apple juice constipates me, but whole apples eaten loosen

me up.

 

Having done this for years, I know that some days I will not feel

well, so I will be telling everyone just what I feel. I found this

happened each time, and was nothing to be afraid of. Just blockages

coming unstuck and toxins running around in the blood now, while the

body were now able to get them out of the system. But some days, you

do feel rough.

 

I weighed in this morning at 178 lbs. So, I drink ½ ounce of water

for every pound I weigh, so it will be 89 oz. of water. I measured

it out in a pitcher and I will drink that all day, along with my

juices.

 

So far, so good. I do find I am very tired. And just a little while

ago, I got a sharp pain in my upper left lung. Since I just got over

bronchitis, this is probably from a residue left in. I did some deep

breathing and started to cough badly. Eventually, I brought up some

nasty looking stuff: rust colored with dark green streaks in it. And

it had an odor, so it was probably rotting inside. Better out than

in. I imagine my deep breathing exercises must have loosened this

up, so I am glad it is out.

 

Since I am tired, I am going to go lay down for now. When I get up,

I will be taking some more Total Nutrition and another shot of Total

Tonic. I am starting to get a headache.

Hi lynques

 

Your regime of renewing sounds very well thought out.

However I noticed further down your list it sounded like you have stool

constipation at times-which we all do at one time or another during the

week, especially dairy products will precipitate this. When I want a good

cleanout<g>... I make a kettle of cranberry bean soup with fresh beans and

cook them just slightly less than the amount of time required which is to

say, abit frm. you might throw some ham bits in for a good smoke taste. Then

have a helping of (Just) ahalf of cup--no more please!

 

I don,t know what there is in cranberry beans but the effect is instant

releif in a matter of an hour. might be the air that accumulates in the

stomache so if anyone tries this I warn- no more than a half a serving. The

more you cook beans until the skins fall off the less pardon the

expression,gas will be manufactured. but its a sure way to releive

constipation for me anyway.

 

Name that tune...in the ingredients! (little humor there<g>

As a child, I only went poop once every three days. When I was on my

program before, I didn't get constipated. While on my year of

research, within a month, I started to get constipated again. I don't

do dairy, except for some cheese once a month. Milk products of all

kinds will congest my lungs and my sinuses. I do love cheese though,

so to eat some, I will do a juice fast the next day to hasten it out

of my system. But thanks for the recipe.

 

When I tried to lay down for awhile, I got a severe coughing fit, so

I took one dropperful of lobelia and within minutes it quieted down.

Love that stuff. But the headache got worse, not better, and when I

got up, I knew my blood pressure was up also. I could hear my heart

pounding badly in my ears, so much so, I could barely hear the TV.

Lucky for me, my husband is deaf! But the cough came back again, so

I will be upping the dosage on the Total Tonic. Once every two

hours. that should help with the blood pressure too. The headache

got worse, and it finally hit me what it was. My husband had brought

me a coke, so I drank a few swallows, and within 10 minutes the

headache eased off. It is withdrawel that is causing the majority of

the headache. Had a salad just a bit ago for supper, and took the

intestinal #1, along with some Total Nutrition. Got two more glasses

of water to finish and that is it for me today.

Sounds good hon. Remember the Panther Piss for headaches. If it is caffeine related, it might not totally get rid of it, but it'll definitely help and ease it up.
