Guest guest
Sorry I haven't spoken up for a long time, but I've changed internet services. Patricia, I don't know a whole lot about low white blood counts. However I do know that there is a way to replace the blood you have with strong blood. Its 70%carrot juice,20%beetroot & beet greens,10% other dark greens (all juiced). Doesn't Doc have the recipe to make really strong Echinacea in the files??(I can't remember) That'll kick butt with stuff fighting the immune system too. I have it my stuff here somewhere--- Just buy some fresh or even dried Echinacea root. Start on the new moon and soak this root in 80-proof vodka for 4 or 5 days and then put it in your blender. Blend at low speed at first. It won't turn into total liquid but it will break down some. Pour this back into the jar and let it settle. Whatever size jar you are using, make sure that 2/3 of the jar is this settled root mash and 1/3 over that is the alcohol. On the full moon, press this out by hand through a clean and rinsed dishcloth. If you want to make a really super-strong tincture, save this tincture until the fall and pour it over fresh Echinacea leaves and flower heads using the same procedure as above. Make it with the moons, about 14 days, strain this out and you will have the best, most potent Echinacea tincture, better than anyone makes. So there, you have it. Hugs, Elaine in Florida can anyone tell me what could be the cause of this or what is the best way to build her white cells. thanks Patricia
Guest guest
good to hear from you Elaine. I have been trying to get her to join me in my juicing. (I mostly juice in the summer and fall when my own garden and fruit trees are producing as the one disadvantage of living way way out in the boonies is that there is no way to get organic fruits and veggies all year long. The only thing she will drink with any consistency is the carrot/apple blend - she will taste the others but does not like the taste. The juicing is good for her diabetes also. The longer she is around me the more she will try some of my concoctions. She is one of my closest neighbors and we try and watchout for each other of course she does live close to 3 miles away. Her husband is 72 years old and he takes care of my horses and critters when I am in the city with my husband. These people are very special to me and I want them around for many more years. Will try and see if can get her to take some Echinacea tincture in the carrot juice. Don't know if will ever get her to drink the beets and greens but we can only hope. thanks again Patricia
