Guest guest
For me, what's worked when I've gotten sinus infections is to begin taking 2 echinacea caps in the mornings and evenings and 2 elderberry capsuls about every 4 hours. (I used to take goldenseal instead of elderberry, but as I'm a nursing mama, elderberry won't dry up my milk supply, but it's just as effective.) Also, and this is very important, I use nasal saline spray every time I blow my nose, sneeze, or feel 'snot' blockage. I go through a lot of tissues, but it sure beats walking around feeling blocked up. Like I said, this is what works for me. Your mileage may vary.
