Guest guest
I am just wondering what the alternative med forum would say regarding alternative treatment for spinal stenosis. I received my mid-spine MRI results back this week and I have thoracic and cervical spinal stenosis and have had problems for many years. I wonder what caused this as well. What would any of you suggest? I am taking many vitamins and herbs for other problems, but the spinal problems have increased. Also have carpal tunnel syndrome for 10 years and will I believe have to have surgery to open the carpal tunnels in the wrists in the near future I'm afraid. I've been feeling really desperate about the spinal stenosis. My request is that I don't know what would be recommended besides chiro for spinal stenosis. I do some swimming and exercise on a machine using only my legs on a daily basis. I can easily go into fairly several neck and mid-back pain. Many regards to all--I so appreciate the forum--it has been life affirming and life saving. I have sent the Codex info to a few people who care about these issues by the way. The health food store I go to knew about Codex already a long time ago. Linda
