Guest guest
Hi, I haven't actually tried this myself, but someone told me Colloidal Silver may work really well for an eye inflammation. It may be worth a try to soak a cotton ball with some and wipe the eye several times a day for the discharge. What breed is your cat? If it's a persian or even has some persian in it, then the eye discharge is probably due to the pushed in nose. It's really common in those breeds. As for the ligth not reflecting normally, I have a cat with that condition myself. I took him to the vet, and had him examined, but nothing was found. I was told to just keep an eye on it, and that a referral to a specialist might be in order if it got worse. So far however there is no irritation, no discharge and his vision appears un-affected, so we're just keeping a watch on it. Good luck, Boel --
Guest guest
Hi Kit, I have successfully treated a kitten's eye infection with grapefruitseed extract (gse) and garlic. We put a few drops of gse in a dish and diluted it with a few drops of water, then soaked a cotton ball and wiped away the puss. Went away in about 4 days with several wipings a day. We also put garlic extract (probably plain raw garlic would be better) and nutritional yeast in his food. You also might look into the raw food diet for pets. That should address the allergies as well as any other immune issues... You might like to read Schulze's article on pets, it's fascinating. http://www.curezone.com/schulze/herbal_news_dogs_cats.html Good approach on the snap attacks Good luck!
