I think it would help us to help you best if we had a better understanding of how this began, what are some of these other symptoms you've mentioned, and what your M.D.(s) determined. Since you also mentioned this is an environmental reaction, we need to know something about your environment. For instance, do you live in a city, town, country, other? U.S., Europe, Canada, other? What do you do for a living? Do you live in a house, hut, apartment, shack...? Do you own pets, do they live inside your dwelling and what kind are they? Do you have or have you demonstrated allergies in the past and to what other substances? What steps, if any, are you taking to cope with this problem? Do you drink tap or purified water? Do you take vitamin/mineral supplements, herbal supplements, prescription drugs? Do you smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol? What about other residents in your domicile? Do you have mercury amalgam in your teeth and, if so, is there any correlation between your first filling and any of your health problems? Answers to these and other questions will help us draw a mental picture of how you are right now and perhaps some avenues to investigate will emerge. ______________________________ Grace Cross :: tmpstqueen Zone 9(8?) :: Sacramento, Calif, USA
Guest guest
the following message is from , 1/22/03 5:21 AM >> Does someone know what " Du (or dou: Chinese character means >> 'metropolis') Mai " or " Du (Chinese character means 'metropolis') >> Qi " is? Shinjiro Kanazawa, L.Ac. > >I am no expert on Chinese, but I presume that Du Mai or Du refers >to the dorsal modline Vessel, Governing Vessel, and that Dumai Qi >or Duqi refers to the Qi stored in that reservoir. I believe the " Du " that Shinjiro is asking about is Du1 (capitol of a country; big city, metropolis; as in Cheng2 Du1 (capitol of Sichuan), or Jing1 Du1), not Du1 as in Du Channel/Governing Vessel. Shinjiro, the only reference to Du1 Qi4 I've been able to find is Du1 Qi4 Wan3, the modification of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (add Wu Wei Zi). I have yet to exhaust every resource on this search yet, so I will let you know if I find anything else. Greg Greg A.
