I fell today while hiking and twisted my foot, around the lower part of the ankle. Any thoughts on treating it, whenever I get hurt I draw a blank! I have taken 200c Arnica and trying to elavate foot and use ice packs. Was hoping to see my granddaughters' play tonight :(

Take more Arnica. One will not have been enough in an acute situation. as a

practising registered homeopath I would have prescribed Arnica 30 every 15 mins

for an hour and then 3 times a day for a couple of days. Since you started with

a 200 I would suggest you take another and assess if there is any more

improvement. If there is don't take anymore unless the original problem worsens

again.

Rochelle

Hi Anne. I twisted my ankle and hurt my foot a couple of years ago. I treated myself with Tumeric Root extract --it's a powerful anti-inflammatory -- and the pain and swelling dramatically decreased within the first day. By the way, I also use it to stimulate my gastric juices. And it serves as a great antioxidant. To top it all off, it doesn't even taste as horrible as many of the extracts tend to. I would even venture to say it is pleasing to my palate. I hope this helps.

In love and light,

Michelle
