Guest guest Posted February 1, 2002 Report Share Posted February 1, 2002 Suzanne, you have to have the natural vinegar that has the 'mother' in it. It is a goopy, cloudy looking substance in the jar. I made enough vinegar years ago to last awhile.It is not hard to make your own, just takes time. After people taste it they want more. It is not as acidy tasting as the junk from the store.
