Guest guest
Dear Rob, Absolutely, you can mix fruit in it. You can also make it with fresh carrot or other vegetable juice. This loads the drink up with fresh enzymes and makes it even more powerful. Guest guest
Leah- I don't know the calories. But I tell you one thing, I have been taking TN with 2 raw organic eggs, an apple, a banana, 2 tblspoons of UDO's oil and some apple cider/juice for about a month. I feel so good and energized on it that I could care less about its calories!!! Having said that what are you trying to accomplish here? For diet reasons?? If you put good, high quality, organic nutrients in your body, calories should be of no concern Also, quick news about TN. After taking it for a couple of weeks it seems to be addressing my athletes foot. My right foot, which has not had athletes foot for a few years, got all scratchy and itchy. It is almost all but healed now. I think the fungus was hiding somewhere down there and the boost from the TN helped my body flush it out. One thing I learn time and time again is your body must retrace it steps to heal. It must get worse before getting better.....This is a hard lesson to learn and very difficult for people to understand. I have a few web sites that I have bookmarked on this, that I hope can be informative to everyone... http://www.drlwilson.com/Articles/retracing.htm http://www.chimachine4u.com/crisis.html http://www.wynman.com/retracing.html http://brinkleysbest.com/newsletters/essential_healing.html I hope everyone is well and has a great day.
