Guest guest
Hi, I just joined the group and was looking thru the files at all the different remedies. I thought I'd try one, like the tooth and gum one but I'm wondering where do I get the ingredients to make it. It calls for 10 oz Echinacea Tincture 1/4 cup of Tea Tree Oil 4 oz. Bayberry Tincture 2 oz. Oak Gall (or 3X Oak Bark) Tincture 2 TBS. Cayenne Tincture 2 1/2 Dropperfuls of Peppermint Oil 2 1/2 Dropperfuls of Clove Oil I'm pretty sure I can find the oils but where do I get the tinctures? Especially the bayberry and Oak Gall? Thanks, Denny
Guest guest
You can make the Tincture yourself. The How to is in the files. But you can but them already made. Check out your local health food store they sometimes carry bulk herbs. Or there is the web.
