Guest guest
Hi Michael Yup, I've been royally flamed on other lists for using osha. We all know there are some unethical pickers (I refuse to call them wildcrafters) who will strip an area. There are many areas where it still grows wild and some people are beginning to find ways to cultivate it, so I don't think it's in extreme danger of becoming extinct. That's about all the information I have. I was shocked to learn that fringed gentian was on the endangered list. We used to pack into the Gros Ventre wilderness and there were areas that were covered with the surreal blue of gentian -- one of my most treasured memories! My favorite congestion remedy is simply peppermint-eucalyptus tea. However, it will tend to cancel out homeopathic remedies. Didn't know about Osha being endangered. Do you have more details? I know several places where it grows wild near here.
