spinal questions(to someone that knows)

Looking for an answer for a friend. She was seeing a chiropractor but

stopped seeing her cause she would never stay adjusted so went to

someone new but stays adjusted but has been having constipation

problems since than. So she went back to her old chiro and asked her

and she does kineology testing and told her -her cervical was wrong

(she put her hand on the curve of the base of her neck between her

neck and shoulder.)

Can this be true? Her new chiro says he never heard of such a thing

but it is funny when the old chiro adjusts her she can have a bowel

movement but when the new one does she is bound up again and feels

like her shoulders are in the schrugged position all the time.

She is tired of chiropractors and what can or if she can do anything

to correct this herself.
