Guest guest
Okay, I'm ready to ask a question out of desperation. I was injured at work ten years ago, had 7 operations in 6 years and as a result developed Fibromyalgia (along with a few other things). At the moment, I'm in a major attack mode -- no energy, not sleeping well, major pain, sound sensitivity and the list goes on. I tell people that moving is like trying to wade through chest-high mud. Does anyone have suggestions to speed this attack on its way? I use arnica for the joint pain and osha (I know it's endangered -- buy from the Indians) for the attendant general congestion. {A side note -- has anyone else noticed the congestion part of the attacks?} Thought someone who's been there might have found something that works for these acute attacks. I have things I need to get done <grin>!! Kit
