Dear Paz,

Good on ya for taking the step.

You can take 1 to 3 tablespoons as a dosage. I always recommend that people start off with 3 for a couple of days, then cut back down to 2 for a few and then down to 1 tablespoon as a regular daily dosage.

Much love,

Doc

Hi,

I'm new to the list and came across the lemon eggs

posting. I did a search of the archives but

found no posts explaining what this is, nor, none

giving the recipe.

Could someone post this info or refer me?

Thanks,

Kit
