Guest guest
Hi Doc, I've been using a daily multi vitamin without iron because I read that following menopause extra iron was not only unnecessary but detrimental for health. Firstly - is that not true? Secondly - if it is, what about the amount of iron in the " big kitty wee-wee " ? BTW - eagerly awaiting delivery of my order! Thanks, r3g
Guest guest
Dear r3g ;o) It may be true that a woman whose gone through the big "M" may not need as much, but generally women still need more Iron than men, so I wouldn't worry about it from the PP. Because the Iron in the PP is "organic" in its make-up, a little goes a long way, and a little is what you get in that formla.
