Guest guest
Doc, Since I don't have the total tonic, can I go ahead and use the echinacea with benefit? Or must I have both for either to work? pj Send FREE video emails in Mail! http://promo./videomail/
Guest guest
Absolutely not. Go ahead and use what you have. But there's no reason why you can't whup up a batch of Total Tonic. The formula is in the files and you can make it up right there in your kitchen. Under normal cirumstances you'd wait two weeks and then tincture, but there's absolutely no reason why you can't just use the "mash" right after you make it. It's stronger (Smell and taste) when you take the mash immediately as it hasn't had a chance to mellow out, but believe me, it is just as potent. It's not like other tinctures where you're definitely going to be pressing it. When you take the mash, you're getting all the goodies anyway so the two week wait is kinda redundant with this formula.
