Guest guest
Dear Thessa, Herbal Snuff is an awesome formula for cleaning out sinuses and for handling infections in the nose. Works incredibly well. One of my patients had a sinus problem for 20 years which was fully handled after 20 minutes using the stuff. He blew out all kinds of garbage and toxins and could finally breathe normally again. Great stuff, snuff ;o) Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - thessakate herbal remedies Saturday, January 12, 2002 7:10 AM [herbal remedies] What's the herbal snuff do? Guest guest
Dear Thessa, Your forgot the rectal method ;o) Only kidding, only kidding (LOL). Actually, all you do is pour a small amount (about the size of a match head) on to your hand and snort it up one nostril. You then do the same for the other nostril (do this quick, one right after the other or you'll never get to the second one ;o). That's all it takes. You'll notice an immediate reaction. Guest guest
AMEN to immediate reaction.....LOL... I have found that using a q-tip works good...Dip it in the snuff and then breathe out, insert it inside the nasal passage and take a deep breath..... wow does it get up there....>QUICK!!!!!.
